The Men That Choose To Leave - The Passport Bros @passportbros

Pea takes on the Passport Bros debate — the movement of men (predominantly Black American men) who've decided to leave the West to find love and partnership overseas. What the Passport Bros movement is ​

Accusation #1: The men are "dusty, mediocre, undesirable losers" ​

• Pea plays a clip of a woman describing Passport Bros as men who've realized "Black women are no longer willing to settle for the bare minimum" so they're fleeing to "desperate and disenfranchised women"
• The woman claims the men announce their departure specifically to hurt Black women
• Pea's response: "The undesirable, dusty, mediocre men want to get away from you — why would they want to do that? You sound really sweet and not bitter at all"
• She suggests the men aren't trying to hurt anyone — they're letting other men know that leaving is an option
• She plays another clip of a woman calling the men "ridiculous" and "clearly undesirable" while simultaneously claiming she's "not mad" and just wants to "help them see logic and reason"
• Pea points out the contradiction: "You say you're fine if men leave, but then call them ridiculous and undesirable — that sounds more like an attack than help"
• Pea notes her own cousin married a Passport Bro and they've been happy for years — contradicting the claim that these aren't real relationships

Accusation #2: The men want to enslave and dehumanize women ​

• Clip claims Passport Bros want to "put women to work in the bedroom and the home" and turn them into "breeding mares"
• Pea fires back: "You seem to think we're mindless idiots with no will of our own — we might be traditional women, but we're not empty-headed"
• Points out that in Filipino culture, women actually have significant say in the household — suggests the accusers talk to foreigners who are actually married to Filipinas
• Flips the "incubator" claim completely: "99% of the time, it's the Filipina begging the foreigner to have a baby" — not the other way around

Accusation #3: The men are all pedophiles ​

• Multiple clips accuse Passport Bros of being "pedophile tourists" who travel to "purchase little girls"
• Pea's response is blunt: "That's one of the stupidest things I've ever heard"
• Demands evidence: "You made the claim, so you have the burden of backing it up — show your data"
• Notes she's lived in the Philippines 30 years and the women that foreigners choose are adults
• Points out that buying children is completely illegal and the vast majority of men are coming for real relationships with adult women
• Responds to Pea's own indignation: "Who you calling a little girl?"

Accusation #4: Americans are hated overseas and will be abused ​

• A woman claims foreigners won't welcome Passport Bros: "Most people don't like Americans — they think we're overrated, think we're better than everybody else"
• The woman warns that men who go overseas to "abuse women" will "get hacked up with a machete"
• Pea actually agrees with the machete part: "If you come over here and abuse women, you WILL get hacked up — my dad's got a nice big bolo with your name on it"
• But then uses logic: "How many Passport Bros have actually gotten hacked up? Zero. So I guess that proves they're not here to abuse us."

Accusation #5: Foreign women only want green cards ​

• The classic claim: women in developing countries are just using men for immigration
• Pea says she's exhausted by this argument: "Contrary to what you all seem to think, most Filipinos are happy to stay right here in the Philippines"
• If a foreign partner says he wants to live in the Philippines, that's perfectly fine with most Filipinas
• "We're really not all that demanding — we just want a roof over our heads and a meal on the table"

Accusation #6: Foreign men treat women like doormats ​

• A divorced woman (46, turning 47) says she "thanks God every day" she's divorced and suggests foreign women are "okay with being treated like doormats"
• Pea's comeback: "I'm sure you're very happy with your choices and the way you've carefully crafted your life to end up alone"
• Counters that foreigners actually have the general reputation among Filipinas of being MORE caring and attentive than anything they've experienced — the opposite of the doormat claim

Accusation #7: Fat-shaming and body-shaming the men ​

• One woman pivots from Passport Bros to a rant about fat acceptance, claiming skinny women are secretly jealous of fat women and that "fat was never a bad thing"
• Pea reads it as a two-for-one attack: shame men for not wanting large women AND shame skinny women for being skinny
• Her response: "You're not going to convince men they've just been taught not to like fat women, and you're definitely not going to convince me I'm secretly jealous of you because I can't wear your clothes"

Accusation #8: It's just transactional — women want money, men want sex ​

• A woman argues both sides are using each other: "These women want them for money... and they deserve to be scammed"
• Calls the men "losers who can't get anyone here"
• Pea's counter: "It's not that they CAN'T get a Western woman — it's that they don't WANT one"
• This reframes the entire narrative: the men aren't rejects, they're making a deliberate choice

The "we don't care" contradiction ​

• One woman's clip: "On behalf of all Black women everywhere, we absolutely do not give one solitary [care] about you going to another country"
• Then immediately follows with insults about men's sexual performance, penis size, needing to "pump it up"
• Pea highlights the pattern: every single woman claims not to care, then unleashes a barrage of insults — the actions contradict the words
• Notes that when you're out of real arguments, you go for "the low-hanging fruit of a guy's junk"
